What happens during a session?
Each Emotion Code session begins by identifying what you’d like to focus on — whether an emotional pattern, physical discomfort, or a personal goal. You may be asked to rate the intensity of your concern so we can track progress over time.
I begin by centering and setting a healing intention for your highest good, creating a calm and safe space for your session. Using gentle muscle testing, I connect with your subconscious — your body’s truth-guiding system.
Once a trapped emotion is identified, it’s released using magnetic energy and focused intention along the Governing Meridian. A few simple passes clear the emotion fully.
Think of the Emotion Code as a GPS for emotional healing — guiding you to what your body is ready to release.
Do you offer in-person, online, or distance sessions?
Yes — I offer all three.
In-person sessions are available in two beautiful West Sussex locations — Midhurst and Petworth — offering a peaceful and nurturing environment for your healing.
Online sessions can be held via Zoom or WhatsApp, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your home.
Distance sessions no call needed — you simply set your intention and go about your day. Distance healing works beautifully for people, fit seamlessly into busy schedules, and is especially ideal for animals.
Because energy knows no boundaries, each session — wherever you are — is equally powerful and effective.
What is the Heart Wall?
The Heart Wall is an energetic shield formed by trapped emotions around the heart — built as protection from past pain or heartbreak. While it once served to keep you safe, it can also block love, connection, and emotional freedom.
By gently releasing these trapped emotions, you can begin to open your heart to deeper love, inspiration, purpose, clarity, and peace. Many people notice greater joy in relationships, renewed confidence in their life path, and a stronger sense of alignment with their highest self.
Releasing the Heart Wall allows you to feel more authentic, connected, and free — able to both give and receive love with ease and openness.
Can Emotion Code healing help animals?
Absolutely! Animals can carry trapped emotions too, leading to emotional stress, physical discomfort, anxiety or behavioural changes. Emotion Code sessions can release the emotional baggage, restoring calm, balance and overall wellbeing.
How long will it take for me to feel results?
Every person and every journey is unique. Some feel lighter immediately, while others notice shifts unfold gently over several sessions.
Healing often happens in layers — as one layer clears, the next becomes ready to release. The Emotion Code works with your body’s wisdom, addressing root causes rather than symptoms, creating space for emotional freedom, clarity and ease.
What can I expect after an Emotion Code session?
After a session, your body enters a natural processing phase as it integrates the release.
You may feel lighter, calm or peaceful — or you might notice tiredness, emotional shifts or memories surfacing. These are temporary and simply signs that your system is recalibrating.
Most processing phases last around 1–3 days, guided by your subconscious. I’ll let you know what to expect and how to support yourself, and I'm always here if questions arise.
Is Emotion Code healing safe?
Yes — Emotion Code healing is completely safe, gentle, and non-invasive. It works with your subconscious to release only what you’re ready to let go of, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
While I facilitate the process, you are the healer — your body and inner wisdom are always in control. This work is natural, respectful, and supportive. It can help uncover and release the deeper causes of imbalance without the need to relive or discuss painful memories.
Emotion Code sessions can be used on their own or alongside other healing approaches, medical or holistic practices. Because trapped emotions can affect many areas of life, clients often notice positive shifts in both body and mind — feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease overall.
