At Soul Emotion Healing, I want you to feel clear and confident when booking a session.

1. Cooling-Off Period (UK Law)

• Under UK law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the session has already taken place (or has started with your consent) during that time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

• If I need to cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

• If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not given notice, the session fee may be forfeited.

4. Digital & Remote Services

• For remote readings delivered by email or other digital format, the 14-day cancellation right ends once the reading has been completed and delivered, as this is a personalised service.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
