Please read these terms carefully before booking a session. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

1. Services

I offer complementary wellbeing services, including Emotion Code® and Body Code® healing for people and animals, the Heart Wall Journey, and intuitive/spiritual guidance where applicable.

Sessions may be offered in person, online, or at a distance, depending on the service selected.

These services are intended to support personal wellbeing and are complementary in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you or your animal have a health concern, please seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional or veterinarian.

2. Bookings & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed on my website and/or booking page and may be updated from time to time. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Prices shown include all applicable fees and taxes, where relevant.

For in-person sessions booked by request, the time selected through the booking system is not the confirmed appointment time. I will contact you after booking to agree the final date, time, and location.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I will offer you an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, you will receive a full refund for the affected session.

4. Refunds

Full refunds are available for eligible cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to any applicable consumer rights.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session fee being retained.

For packages, including the Heart Wall Journey, please refer to my Refund Policy for information regarding cancellations, unused sessions, and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Healing Sessions, Results & Responsibility

All sessions are offered in good faith with the intention of supporting your wellbeing or that of your animal.

Every person and animal is unique, and experiences and responses to Emotion Code and Body Code healing will vary. No particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.

Emotion Code and Body Code sessions do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or veterinary conditions and should not be used as a replacement for appropriate professional care.

You remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions and for seeking appropriate professional advice where needed. Animal owners remain responsible for the health, welfare, and veterinary care of their animals.

6. Limitation of Liability

I provide my services with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
