Please read these terms carefully before booking a session. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

1. Services

• I offer spiritual coaching, intuitive readings, Emotion Code healing, guided meditation, and animal healing.

• These services are complementary and do not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or veterinary advice.

2. Bookings & Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).

• Prices are listed on my website and may be updated from time to time.

• Prices shown include all applicable fees and taxes, where relevant.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

4. Refunds

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.

5. Disclaimer & Responsibility

• All sessions are offered in good faith for personal growth and well-being.

• Results vary depending on individual circumstances and participation.

• I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from services provided.
