What to Expect After an Emotion Code Session
Understanding Trapped Emotions
Sometimes when life feels overwhelming, certain emotions don’t get fully processed in the moment. Instead, the energy of that emotion can become “trapped” in the body — like an invisible ball of energy that lingers and disrupts your natural flow.
Over time, these trapped emotions may show up as physical tension, emotional imbalance, or repeating patterns that hold you back.
By gently releasing these blockages, your body and spirit can return to their natural state of balance, clarity, and freedom..
After Your Session
At the end of each session, we check with your subconscious mind to determine how much processing time your body needs as it integrates the release. We then set the intention for this process to unfold with ease and grace.
After your session, your body enters a natural processing phase — a time for integration and recalibration as the emotional and energetic shifts begin to settle. This is your body’s way of restoring balance and flow. Most people experience mild and short-lived effects.
You may feel lighter, calmer, or more relaxed
You might feel less physical tension, even notice gentle pops in your joints as energy releases.
Occasionally, you might feel tired, emotional, or out of sorts for a day or two — this is simply your system adjusting as it lets go of what no longer serves you.
Crying can also occur and is a completely natural form of energy release, helping your body clear and reset.
Healing unfolds in layers, and each person’s journey (and each session) is unique. Some feel immediate relief, while others notice gradual changes over time. The length and intensity of the processing period depend on factors like your emotional state, sensitivity to energy work, and the specific emotions or imbalances we released.
If you experience discomfort or slower progress, it may simply mean deeper layers are surfacing for release. Each session builds on the last, guiding you closer to harmony, freedom, and peace.
Supporting Yourself
By correcting energetic imbalances, the body’s natural self-healing ability can flow more freely — helping ease discomfort, improve emotional stability, and restore vitality. To support your body, mind, and spirit as you process:
Hydrate – Drink plenty of diverse fluids to keep energy flowing and support detoxification.
Rest – Honor your body’s need for downtime and more sleep. A warm bath with sea or Epsom salts helps draw out residual energy and soothe your system.
Nourish – Eat wholesome, grounding foods or anything that feels comforting to you.
Gentle Movement – Walk, stretch, or spend time in nature to keep energy moving.
Choose Joy – Joy is one of the quickest ways to shift energy. If you feel low, do something that makes you smile, laugh, or move your body — dance, sing, play, or spend time with loved ones or pets.
Reflect – Journal or revisit your session notes; insights often surface as your energy settles.

You are doing Amazing! Be kind and gentle with yourself. Even temporary discomfort is simply a sign of release — your body letting go of what no longer serves you.
